Ann Goodstein is a marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in providing clients with effective programs. Building on her experience with major advertising agencies and corporations, she founded the company in 1990. Prior to that, as Vice President at McCaffrey and McCall Direct Marketing, Ms. Goodstein managed $10 million in advertising activities for T. Rowe Price Associates, a leading mutual fund company. At Grey, she succeeded in reversing a 3-year decline in child-sponsor acquisitions for Save the Children.

Ms. Goodstein first developed her professional expertise at the Book-of-the-Month Club. With a move to advertising agencies, her corporate-side experience was valued by such clients as Metropolitan Life Insurance and ITT Communications.

Ann Goodstein serves as a Judge for the Direct Marketing Association International Echo Awards, and in 2009 was asked to join the prestigious Echo Academy. She is a member of the Direct Marketing Club of New York and the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association, and has written frequently for their newsletter. She has conducted panels at Direct Marketing Days in New York and other industry conferences. Ms. Goodstein also serves as a judge for the American Educational Publishers Marketing Awards.

Active in the online community since 1992, Ms. Goodstein has been quoted on interactive communications in Newsweek and the pioneering book, Internet Unleashed. She is past Vice President of Barnard Business and Professional Women and was a founding member of both the Direct Marketing Club of New York Internet Committee and the World Wide Web Artists Consortium. Ms. Goodstein is an honor graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University and has volunteered her expertise through the UJA-Federation Management Assistance Program.

Theresa J. Smith is an integrated marketing communications professional with over 25 years experience managing extensive planning and execution for Fortune 500 companies, including Time Warner, IBM and Ogilvy & Mather. Terry has managed multimillion dollar purchasing budgets and has been instrumental in cost-savings programs as well as process efficiency gains. Clients turn to Terry for marketing strategy which creates the results needed to meet internal targets and generate bottom line revenue.

Profile: Michael Pilla, Web & Digital
Michael Pilla is an internet marketer focused on helping organizations use the internet in ways that support their brand identity, goals and business objectives. He is co-founder with Ann Goodstein of GPMobileWeb.
Mr. Pilla was previously an Associate Creative Director at iVillage.com, where he was responsible for the creation of online advertising for companies such as Ford, PNC Bank and Clinique and for Modem Media where he worked on the IBM, GE and UBS Warburg accounts. He also has an extensive print background in packaging, corporate communications and editorial development.

A graduate of Pratt Institute, Mr. Pilla has over 25 years experience in design, art direction and creating marketing communication pieces. He is an Adjunct Professor at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY and has also taught at Mercy College in White Plains, NY and at Pratt Institute in New York, NY. He conducts internet marketing seminars and has also appeared on WVOX-AM and in the pages of the Westchester Business Journal and Commerce Magazine, speaking and writing about internet marketing.
