Save the Children

Challenge:
Child Sponsorship was the primary funding vehicle for the organization, but it was difficult administratively to offer donors the chance to sponsor children in the United States. Yet interest among supporter to help children in the United States was very high. The organization also had a strong need for funding for non-sponsorship driven U.S. programs.

Solution:
We approached Save the Children with an idea for a sustainer program to help children in the U.S. We developed program concepts and oversaw market research, then created and implemented an entirely new fundraising program through direct mail, print and direct response television.

Results:
Home Team USA created a viable fundraising complement to child sponsorship.
